Minutes of January 17, 2009  Meeting

In the absence of our ever- popular President, and safe- cracker Vice-President, The very versatile Treasurer, R.J. Hettinger called to order the January meeting of the PA Prospectors at 11:30AM.

 The first item of business on the agenda was the Ice Breaker Show February 21^st and 22^nd.  So far no one has signed up to help. A paper was made available for people to sign up to help either Friday or Saturday or both.

 The second item of business was a discussion of having clubs within the PA Prospectors Club. A metal detecting club was mentioned and interested people are asked to meet afterwards for a short meeting.

It was also mentioned that a rock and fossil club, or a mineral and gem club could be formed for those interested. However, they will need to have someone who would be willing to head them up.

 There was no other discussion so the meeting was adjourned at 11:50AM so we could eat.
