Meeting Minutes of December 20, 2008

The PA Prospectors met at the Lightstreet United Methodist Church for their annual Christmas Party.

President Brady Crist conducted a brief meeting opening with a big thank you to everyone who helped share the burden of making the club run smoothly throughout the year.

One major item of business took place.  A vote was taken to determine whether the PA Prospectors would become an EGPA Chapter beginning January 1, 2009.  All members present voted to become a chapter of the EGPA.

 Brady adjourned the meeting and all present stayed to enjoy several hours of great food, friendship and prizes.
